Exceeded my expectations!
My experience with Lancaster Painting was stellar at every step of the process. My journey with LP began with a visit with your salesman, 'Eddy', who came over to walk our site and to provide an exceptionally detailed estimate. We oppted to use the Behr Ultra Exterior Paint due to a recent report in Consumer ReportsI did a little research on exterior paint and decided against using the Sherwin Williams SuperPaint and selected the Behr Ultra Exterior Paint, due to the results in Consumer Reports. 'Eddy' explained some of the advantages of using the SW SuperPaint, but ultimately agreed with my choice, adjusting the contract to indicate that I would be supplying the paint. Jeff Ikara came over to walk the site and to set up a schedule for the crews that pressure-washed our home and another to prep and paint our home. The wash team was professional and did such a good job of cleaning our home, that one of our neighbors our home looked so good, that now, we didn't even need to paint it! Edwin and his paint team arrived promptly a few days later. I was very impressed with how thoroughly they masked around windows, outdoor fans, and other things that we did not want to have painted. Edwin confronted some of the challenges in the project in a professional manner. I was particularly impressed with the efforts of Hugo in patching then painting our cracked exterior door-it now looks brand new! Overall, we are so pleased with the final product! Very highly recommend LP!!!
